Part 1: a Time standard
Let’s agree on Time…
Time is what?
I’ve recently learned about GMT, in Greenwich, London, England, UK, Earth.
GMT is a timezone.
“A friend is what the heart needs all the time.” Henry Van Dyke
“Yesterday’s the past, tomorrow’s the future, but today is a gift. That’s why it’s called the present.” Bil Keane
“The problem with time, I’ve learned, whether it’s those first two weeks I got to spend with you, or the final two months I got to spend with him, eventually time always runs out. I have no idea where you are out there in the world, John. But I understand that I lost the right to know these things long ago. No matter how many years go by, I know one thing to be as true as ever was – I’ll see you soon then… —Savannah”
And the list goes on…
But… no fear… UTC is here!
UTC. > https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CoordinatedUniversalTime
Q1: Why is the abbrevation UTC but “Coordinated Universal Time”?
A1: Because of the French…
